Sajda-Worship

2014 is gradually coming to a close, just moments away from entering a new year.  A new year with new adventures and new prospects.

It inevitably makes you introspective does it not?

This song caught me as I was absentmindedly listening to a Bollywood playlist on YouTube.  The lyrics are there for you, but I’d strongly advise you to simply listen.  Make your opinions.  Decide how you feel yourself.  And then, check your answers, if you will.

Sajda-Worship.

In the last 6 months, there have been no less than 3 engagement announcements.  3!  It feels like people are one by one falling like dominos, in a good way of course.

Each story is different.  Each journey unique.  Yet all, united in their triumph against the impossibility of finding that ‘perfect’ person.

There is something really special about knowing someone, for years and years and years, and seeing them go through annoyance after annoyance after annoyance.  And then, like a lightbulb moment, something just clicks.  That penny drops.  That’s how they say it happens isn’t it?  ‘You just know’.

This post is a dedication to them.  To my sisters from other misters.  May you have many years of happiness ahead of you.

Oh yes, and Merry Christmas 🙂
